Playa del Inglès and Gran Canaria with direct flights from Paris

If Playa del Inglès and more globally the island of Gran Canaria remain one of the most gay destinations in Europe, and also one of the cheapest, it was until now quite difficult to reach, due to the lack of direct flights from France and the imposed stopovers in Barcelona or Madrid.however, until now it has been difficult to reach, due to the lack of direct flights from France and the stopovers in Barcelona or Madrid.

This is now corrected with the simultaneous opening of two direct routes from France, by XL Airways and Vueling.

XL Airways France will now take off once a week from Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport (Terminal 3, on Mondays until November 4, Saturdays from November 9), arriving in Las Palmas 4 hours and 5 minutes later.

Vueling is opening a direct route from Orly airport as of October 30, with two flights per week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

This should give some travel ideas to all those who want to discover the island, its spring climate permanently, the dunes of Maspalomas, the Yumbo center and its dozens of gay establishments but also the major gay events such as the gay pride (May 19 to 25, 2014) or the Dunas Festival (August 12 to 17, 2014).
