This recently renovated cottage is the perfect spot for couples looking to have a relaxing time away from home. It is walking distance to shops, the lake and ‘Two Mile Bay Sailing Club’ where you can enjoy a drink or one of their popular pizzas.
This cottage forms part of a duplex, each facing out onto a different street. It has its own street entrance, parking and garage. It has a lounge / living area complete with a full kitchen, TV + Chromecast, and Wi-Fi. The heat pump will heat or cool the entire space to keep you cosy, year-round.
The bedroom has a super comfy queen-sized bed to ensure you have a great night sleep after enjoying all Taupō has to offer. If you fancy dining in, we have a modern and fully functional kitchen with all you need to put in practice your cooking skills.
There is a secure garage to park your car or to store your bikes and any other gear you may have. In front of the house is a little outdoor area with a picnic table to enjoy your morning coffee or the afternoon sun.
Check-in instructions will be sent to your message thread three days before your check-in date.
The property is in the Richmond Heights area of Taupō. Across the road is a number of shops and a bottle store. If you walk down the hill you’ll reach the lake and the ‘Two Mile Bay Sailing Club’ where you can enjoy a drink or pizza.
Spanning this side of the lake is the Great Lake Pathway where you can stroll in either direction to enjoy the different views of the lakefront. A quick drive nearby will take you to the ‘Taupō DeBretts Spa Resort’.
Breakfast items are not provided but there is plenty of tea, coffee, and basic cooking necessities such as salt, pepper and oil.
For the sake of our neighbours, noise must be kept indoors and to a minimum after 10pm. There are strict no parties, smoking or pets rules in all Be My Guest properties.
If you are booking this property on a platform other than ********, an authorisation hold is required. This hold will be captured as a ‘preauthorisation of funds’ from your payment card, prior to arrival and will be auto released 2 days from check-out, so long as no damage or costs have been incurred. The 'hold' for this property is $200.
All Be My Guest linen comes from our professional linen supplier. It is thermally disinfected at temperatures high enough to eliminate germs and risks such as Covid-19. In order to keep the linen costs for your stay economical, we do not provide face cloths.
