This beautiful home is in a fantastic location; literally across the road from the lake and walking distance to restaurants and the town centre.
This two-storey holiday home is located at the end of a driveway, giving you privacy and quietness to unplug and relax.

There are three bedrooms to sleep seven guests in total. Each is located on the ground floor with the living / dining areas upstairs. The master room has a king-sized bed and ensuite with access to a private patio. The second room has two single beds, and the last room has a bunk with a double bed at the bottom and a single at the top.

The upstairs living area has a modern and fully functional kitchen. There is a large living space with dining table and a large screen Smart TV in the lounge. Upstairs you can also find a deck to enjoy your morning coffee or the afternoon sun.

There is a heat pump/aircon in the living area to keep you warm during winter and cool during the summer. Downstairs there are oil heaters in the bedrooms.

This house is in a perfect location; walking distance to the lake and the bar/restaurants ‘Social Club’ and ‘Jolly Goodfellows’. You can enjoy the lakeside walk to the town centre. It’s also a quick drive or walk to the nearest Foursquare Supermarket. On Sunday you’re merely blocks away from the weekly market.

If you are coming to one of Taupō’s sporting events, this house is in the perfect location as the racecourse of most big events (Ironman, Taupo Marathon, and Cycle Challenge) is at the end of the driveway, so your supporters can easily take breaks while cheering you on. The Tongariro North Domain, where most races start, and end is only a quick drive away.

Breakfast items are not provided but there is plenty of tea, coffee, and basic cooking necessities such as salt, pepper and oil.

The property is at the end of the complex. The driveway to get to it is a bit tight

When booking, please advise how many beds you require, and we will prepare that quantity for you. A highchair and baby cot may be available. Please enquire (bedding for the cot is not provided).

For the sake of our neighbours, noise must be kept indoors and to a minimum after 10pm. There are strict no parties, smoking or pets rules in all Be My Guest properties.

If you are booking this property on a platform other than ********, an authorisation hold is required. This hold will be captured as a ‘preauthorisation of funds’ from your payment card, prior to arrival and will be auto released 2 days from check-out, so long as no damage or costs have been incurred. The 'hold' for this property is $250.

All Be My Guest linen comes from our professional linen supplier. It is thermally disinfected at temperatures high enough to eliminate germs and risks such as Covid-19. In order to keep the linen costs for your stay economical, we do not provide face cloths.
