This boutique three-bedroom house boasts a lively atmosphere and is situated just a few miles from the stunning beaches of South Florida. Throughout the home, one can appreciate the works of renowned artists such as Klimt, Degas, and Monet. The living space features a gallery wall adorned with an array of artistic pieces, harmoniously paired with vibrant furniture and decorative accents. Abundant natural light filters through the windows, contributing to the home's uplifting mood.
This is a beautiful and well decorated ranch style home with a large front yard and spacious backyard, with space to park three cars. When you walk through the front door with smart lock, you'll enter the main open concept living room. To the right of the entrance is the first bedroom and access to the backyard. To the left the game room with a pool table, the second and third bedrooms as well as the bathrooms. The open-concept kitchen and dining area offer an ideal setting for preparing delightful meals and unwinding with family.
Guests will have access to the entire property and backyard with the exception of a small closet that remains locked for the housecleaners and tool shed at the back of the property.
It is conveniently located 10 to 15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport, Hard Rock Casino and the Guitar Hotel. It is only one mile from Nova Southeastern University, FAU-Davie, Broward College, and McFatter Technical College, this contributes to a youthful and vibrant atmosphere in the town. Davie is also known for its unique blend of modern development and a rustic, Southern-style charm. It is part of the Miami metropolitan area and is situated near major highways, as well as being close to the Fort Lauderdale airport.
There are lots of amenities and shops within walking distance of the home, such as a latin shop with basic products if needed, but for further trips I would recommend either driving or using a ride-share service such as Uber or Lyft. The home has three parking spaces in the driveway for guest use.
