The whole crew will love the backyard swimming pool. It has a spill-over jacuzzi hot tub and a spacious sundeck with lounge chairs. After a swim, why not enjoy a poolside BBQ meal? There's space for 12 guest to dine al fresco. Bring out your inner Gordon Ramsey while cooking on your private grill!

Moving inside, you'll love how spacious the open concept design feels. Enjoy a show on the living room's smart TV, which comes with complimentary cable and high speed internet service. The massive sofas offer lots of space to cuddle up.

The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line appliances (including two full sized dishwashers!), and boasts 2 full sized fridge/freezer combinations, so there's room for everyone's goodies! There's loads of countertop space for cooking, and there's plenty of dining space at the large 12 person capacity table, and additional space for 6 more at the kitchen island bar.

And here's where it gets super exciting – the in-house games room is an absolute blast. It's Mario Bros themed, with colorful murals and a variety of games to keep your little gamers entertained. Billiards, table tennis, air hockey, foosball, shuffleboard – you name it, we've got it!

The amenities continue on the second floor, where you and your crew can enjoy a movie night-in in the theater room, complete with a huge projection screen and cozy recliners.

Every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, comfortable bedding, and smart TV. The ground level has 3 King bedrooms, a full bedroom, and a bedroom with two twin beds. On the second level of the home, there are two bedrooms that each contain two twin beds; four bedrooms that each contain a full sized bed, and four bedrooms that each have a bunk-bed which have both a full and twin sized bed. The bunk-bed rooms are themed with favorite characters, including the Disney Princesses, comic book Superheros, Mickey Mouse and Harry Potter.

Guests are provided with complimentary access to the Veranda Palms Clubhouse, so let's talk resort amenities, shall we? The clubhouse has been newly renovated, and there is an enormous resort pool and hot tub. Loungers? Check. Sunshine? Double check. It's like a recipe for relaxation. • Up to 2 vehicles can park in the driveway.
• There is additional parking available at the clubhouse. Please note there is a 6 vehicle maximum per household and buses, RVs, trailers and boats are prohibited in the community.

Resort facilities include a newly renovated clubhouse with large communal pool; children’s pool with waterslides and activities; a fully equipped gym with cardio and weights facilities; and a great lounge area.

1. Pool and hot tub heating are an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $25/day per service or $40/day for both, that we provide upon request. Please inquire for more details.

--> a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)
--> a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee)

3. Please note there is ongoing construction in the area but disruption is very minimal.
