Welcome to this serene, family-friendly 5-bedroom home, perfectly situated for both relaxation and adventure. Enjoy a tranquil getaway with all the comforts and conveniences you need right at your fingertips. This home is ideally located near a variety of major restaurants, malls, and shops. Whether you're looking to indulge in local cuisine, enjoy a shopping spree, or simply explore the neighborhood. Designed with your comfort in mind, our home features thoughtful amenities to enhance your stay. Our 5 bedroom home is conveniently located within close proximity of all of Waldorf’s main attractions, as well as is a 40 minute drive to Washington, D.C.. The property features a spacious backyard with a heated pool.
The space was formerly our primary home before recently relocating to Texas. The 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is perfect for any getaway to Waldorf. The bedrooms and bed count are as follows:
The home sleeps 1-12 people.
Primary Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed
2nd Bedroom: 1 Full Bed
3rd Bedroom: 1 Twin Bed
4th Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed
5th Bedroom: 1 Sofa-bed
The home allows for easy self check-in. Guests have access to the entire house.
The neighborhood features your favorite stores right within walking distance including: Starbucks, Chick-fil-A and your kids favorite…. Crumble cookie! Our home is located 10 minutes from the Regency Furniture Stadium, where you can catch a Blue Crabs game. We are a 14-minute drive from the Dr. Samuel Mudd House & Museum. We are also 29 miles from Washington D.C..
We have a three car private driveway right out front of the home. If you choose to bring your car, the area is convenient for driving. Otherwise, there are multiple options for transportation via bus or train as well as ride shares.
IMPORTANT!!! THE PERSON WHO BOOKS MUST BE 21+ AND BE PRESENT DURING THE DURATION OF THE STAY! Please know that you will be asked to sign a check-in form and rental agreement that outlines the terms of your reservation! All supplies are provided in moderation; the number of each supply on-site is what we provide, and you may need to purchase more for the duration of your stay. If you want additional supplies during your stay, you will be responsible for bringing or obtaining extra. Here is the list of what is provided per stay:
Bed linens Bath towels Hand towels/rags Shampoo + conditioner & body wash Toilet paper Hand soap & dish soap Laundry pods (detergent) Limited number of trash bags One roll of paper towels and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom (plus 1 extra) are provided. You will need to provide your own for the rest of your stay. Dish soap, hand soap and laundry soap (where applicable) will be provided in moderation – You may need to purchase more for the rest of your stay. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, blender, pots and pans, mixing bowls, salt & pepper, coffee maker and filters etc. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, utensils etc. ** We also do not provide beach essentials such as beach chairs, towels, or umbrellas.
HOUSE RULES: A copy of the house rules are posted at each home. Failure to comply with the house rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.
GENERAL: Quiet time is from 10:00PM to 7:00AM every day. Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep music, loud voices, and shenanigans down to a minimum! No prom groups No bachelor parties No more than 12 guests (You CANNOT allow anyone outside of the booking party to stay at the house.) No smoking; If ANY sign of smoking is found in the home, the security deposit is automatically forfeited along with additional cleaning costs to be incurred by the renter. If we are made aware that there are more guests than the agreed upon number, guests will be immediately subject to eviction.
SMOKING POLICY: Our home is non-smoking. If smoking outside, please smoke away from the house, not on the deck or patios. Cigarette butts need to be kept in a container and disposed of properly. There will be a $100 charge for any butts found outside on the ground that the cleaners have to pick up and a $200 charge for evidence of smoking inside our home.
PET POLICY: We only allow dogs for a $150 fee. There will be a $300 fee for failure to notify us of a pet present in the property.
GRILL POLICY: We provide a grill for our guests to use. Please don't forget to turn off the propane when you're done. CLEANING POLICY: If any excessive cleaning is needed subsequent to your departure (stained rugs, clogged sinks, excessive pet shed/mess, excessive garbage left around the home, stench, etc) There will be an excessive cleaning fee of up to $700 depending on the offense.
CHECK-IN: Check in time is 4:00 pm. You may request an early check in 48 hours before your arrival. No early check-ins between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Upon arrival please inspect the house carefully and report any unsatisfactory condition to the rental manager immediately. Failure to report means you accept the house “as is”. To report any items please contact us immediately with any issues.
CHECK OUT: Check out time is strictly 10:00 am. We allow late checkouts for a $125 fee. Failure to pay this fee with a late check out will result in an automatic charge of 1 extra day stay (amount differs per property but is a minimum of $125.00). If housekeeping arrives prior to your departure and has to leave and come back there will be an automatic charge of $100. Please be advised that it is important to remember all of your belongings during your stay. In the event that you forget any items, we will gladly mail them back to you! However, please note that a $25 shipping fee will be charged for this service. Additionally, we kindly request that you refrain from ordering packages during your stay. If you do receive any packages, please remember to pick them up as soon as possible so they are not forgotten!
