The living room features a sectional couch with a queen pull-out bed for extra sleeping space. Off the living area, there’s a cozy bedroom with a queen trundle bed, a desk for those needing a workspace, and an attached bathroom. The large kitchen is fully stocked, and a washer and dryer are available on the main level. The main bathroom connects to the bedroom.

** Upper Level:**

As you walk upstairs, you’ll find spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom has two bunk beds, each with queen-size mattresses, and an attached bathroom. The oversized primary bedroom offers a king bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a double-sink vanity.

** Backyard:**

Step outside to find a grilling station, a hot tub, a fire pit perfect for cooler evenings, and a large fenced-in yard. Enjoy yard games or relax in the outdoor space after a day of exploring Nashville.

There is ample parking available on the concrete pad in front of the house, with space for up to four vehicles.

- ** NO SMOKING:** No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home. A $1,500 fine will be applied for any violation due to severe allergies in the family.
- ** PETS:** Pets are permitted, but they must be kenneled when left unattended, and all pet waste must be picked up. There is a $125 fee per pet, up to 2 pets.
- ** NO PARTIES:** Parties or large gatherings are not allowed unless pre-approved. Only the number of guests listed at booking are allowed in the house.
- ** DAMAGES:** Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items and agree to pay the retail value for replacements.
- ** LOCAL GUEST BOOKING POLICY:** Local guests must contact the host prior to booking. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund.
- ** QUIET HOURS:** 11 p.m. - 8 a.m.

- You may be asked to complete additional documentation, such as a rental agreement or provide further information for Chady Property Management after booking.
- Eligible refunds may incur a 3% credit card processing fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- All properties offer contactless check-in. Please arrive between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. If you arrive later, you can still check in, but assistance may not be available.
