Featuring four bedrooms and three bathrooms, a smart and intuitive floor plan, and a heated pool and spa, this sublime residence is situated in the Beachview community of Sanibel Island, FL just a matter of feet to white sandy beaches, restaurants, shopping, and more!
Little Blue is an amenity rich property, all of which are detailed in the amenities section of this listing. Furthermore, guests have access to the garage of the home where they may store their vehicle during their stay. The home itself is divided across four large bedrooms and three bathrooms. The bedrooms are each located at the four corners of the property, making the layout ideal for larger groups that desire a central social area but bedrooms with ample spacing from one another. The bedroom configuration is as follows:
Primary Bedroom: King bed, lanai access and en-suite primary bathroom. Sitting chair in bedroom corner and flat screen Smart TV. Pictured in photos 9 and 10. Located on back right side of home overlooking golf course.
Guest Bedroom 1: King bed and lanai access. Pictured in photo 13. Located on back left side of home overlooking golf course.
Guest Bedroom 2: Twin beds (one is a trundle). Pictured in photo 14. Located on front right side of home overlooking street.
