THE SKINNY: This 4 bedroom home is situated in one of St. Augustine's treasured residential neighborhoods in Butler Beach, just 250 steps from the neighborhood beach walk over! A short drive to the boat ramp, bring your boat, kayaks, jet skis and the like along! Amazing shade with glimmers of sun is available in gobs while in the heated swim spa or on one of the private 2nd and 3rd floor balconies, just off the living room, and 2nd floor bedrooms. Relax inside or outside, grab some beach gear and head to the sand, or grill out on our propane BBQ. The house is equipped for longer stays, with a stocked kitchen, family amenities like a pack n play and laundry machines. Enjoy your coffee in the shade or a drink in the sun!

THE PROXIMITY: Minutes drive to the best parts of St. Augustine beach and a 15-20 minute drive north to historic downtown St. Augustine! A1A is our main commercial corridor, equipped with shopping, groceries and restaurants of all kinds. To the south of St. Augustine is Marineland and Palm Coast, another amazing area to explore! This home is less than 5 minutes from Publix grocery store.

THE SPACE: The home sleeps 10 in 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 1 Queen bed with twin roll out trundle bed, and 1 twin over full bunk bed. The kitchen is equipped to service the household and cook together for a great night in! The TV's are Smart TVs, so simply login to your Netflix, Hulu or HBO account to enjoy your favorite movies and shows. Linens and towels are included.

AMENITIES: Lots of books throughout the home! Board games, and a gaming console are available. Take a dip in our heated swim spa on the back patio. 3 back patios with various outdoor seating or dining, and a propane fire pit. Some beach gear provided. Propane BBQ off of the kitchen balcony. Family amenities such as a pack n play and baby stair gates have been stocked. Fully equipped kitchen. Boat ramp nearby.

THE LAYOUT- This home has a solid 4/3.5 layout:
PRIMARY BEDROOM: On 2nd floor, King size bed with en suite bathroom walk in shower
2ND BEDROOM: On 2nd floor, Queen size bed with roll out twin trundle bed, with en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo
3RD BEDROOM: On 1st floor, Queen size bed
4TH BEDROOM: On 1st floor, Twin over full bunk bed
FULL GUEST BATH: On 1st floor in hallway, with a shower/tub combo
HALF BATH: On 3rd floor situated near general living area

OPEN LIVING: The kitchen is situated adjacent to the living and dining area so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! We outfit the kitchen with all you could need to cook a meal, a roll of paper towels, some trash bags and dishwasher pods to get you started for your first couple of days.

PARKING: There is plenty of parking in our driveway for 4 cars. Reach out for recommendations on additional parking areas. The garage is not accessible to guests.

LAUNDRY: We offer a washer and dryer on the 2nd floor, starter laundry pods + dryer sheets, iron and ironing board and some basic cleaning supplies for your convenience.

HISTORIC DOWNTOWN ST. AUGUSTINE: Just a 15-20 minute drive north is historic downtown St. Augustine! Take a tour, enjoy the rich Spanish history, the architecture, the food and craft cocktails and all that our pleasant waterfront town has to offer. BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. This home is situated walkable to a beach access, and a few minutes drive from St. Augustine Beach! You can also drive to one of the public beach accesses like the one nearby at Mary Street to drive on (must have 4 wheel drive).

TURN IT UP: Want to live on the edge? There are a couple of rental shops nearby where you can rent surfboards, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, you name it! Deep sea fishing charters and boat rentals are also available in multiple places throughout town. Delivery bike rentals available via a local company. Contact me for recommendations.

* SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $149. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1500 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). * IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.
The entire space is included in this rental except the garage. Please, make yourself at home.

Simply 2 blocks away from the beach! This property is situated along the most sought after stretch of A1A in Butler Beach, just a hair south of St. Augustine Beach! This home is nestled in a primarily residential neighborhood, home to many long time locals. Feel like you are a true part of the St. Augustine Beach community!

St. Aug Beach's top eateries - Sunset Grille, Beachside Diner, Mango Mango's, Stir It Up, Beachcomber, Jack's BBQ, The Taco Shop, Cafe 11, Salt Life, Purple Olive and many more! This home is especially close to RedFrog & McToad's and A1A Back 40 Beachside.
We recommend renting a car for your stay. If you prefer to travel by bicycle or would just like to rent them for fun, check out Drifters for drop off/pick up bike rentals.
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

NOISE LEVELS: There are residents all around on all sides as this is a residential neighborhood. Please respect their right to quiet enjoyment by keeping noise levels down and observing quiet time per St. Johns County ordinance from the hours of 10pm until 8am.
