Located in the heart of Seneca Lake, and the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, this property is in close proximity to some of the best wineries and restaurants the area has to offer! The views from the living areas, new patio and the long beautiful dock are indescribable! Enjoy swimming, kayaking, roasting marshmallows over the fire pit, or spending time with family at this amazing property!
This newly remodeled home sits above Seneca Lake and offers the most amazing views! The new patio allows for all of your friends and family to enjoy the outdoor amenities! BBQ with a view, roast marshmallows over the fire pit or gaze up at the stars in the dark night sky! Take the stairs down to the dock to jump in the lake, put your feet in the water or enjoy 2 kayaks with life jackets!
Through the front entry way you will find 2 queen bedrooms, a full bathroom with tub, bidet, and bluetooth speakers, as well as a washer and dryer. Down the hall is a a fully updated open concept living, dining and kitchen with breathtaking views!. The living room has enough seating for everyone and a smart TV for all your favorite movies and shows. The dining room not only has enough comfy seating for everyone, but is another perfect place to enjoy the view. The kitchen is modern with state of the art appliances, and plenty of counter space for cooking with family and friends.
Upstairs you will find three spacious queen bedrooms (2 with lake views) and another full bath with bluetooth speakers!
