As you step into the property, you are greeted by a spacious entryway that sets the tone for the rest of the home. To the left, you’ll find the first queen bedroom, a cozy retreat for two featuring a huge closet, a credenza, and a smart TV for your entertainment. Further down the hall is a full bath with a shower, followed by the second extremely spacious queen bedroom. This bedroom boasts a smart TV and a sliding door that leads directly to the inviting pool area, providing easy access for a refreshing swim.
The heart of the home is the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space. This area offers ample seating for both relaxing and dining, ensuring everyone can gather comfortably. The living area features a 75-inch TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. Coffee lovers will appreciate the dedicated coffee bar, and the sliding glass doors provide seamless access to the pool, making indoor-outdoor living a breeze.
On the right side of the house, you’ll find the game room, a haven for fun and entertainment. Here, you can enjoy an electronic basketball game, ping pong, a Pac-Man machine, darts, a large tic-tac-toe board, a TV, and a bar area perfect for making drinks and socializing. This side of the house also includes the laundry room for your convenience.
