CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT TIME
- Check-in starts at 03:00 pm and checkout time is on or before 12:00 pm.
THE SMART DOOR LOCK
- The smart door lock has a special feature to automatically lock in less than 5 seconds. There's no need to do anything to lock the door just make sure that the door is tightly shut.
- To avoid any inconvenience, please do not touch the black button of the door knob inside the unit. If you will tamper with it, the codes will not work anymore.
- If you fail to follow this, we will have to charge 500 PHP from your security deposit to send someone to unlock the door for you.
THE POOL
- The wave pool is closed every Monday.
- The wave pool has 2 shifts:
AM - 07:00 am-12:00 pm
PM - 02:00 pm-07:00 pm
*** Wave and kiddie pool will be closed from AUGUST 1 to SEPTEMBER 2, 2024 due to maintenance
- As per Azure's policy only guests that are registered are allowed to purchase and use the wave pool
- Short-term guests can only use the wave pool, all other pools are strictly prohibited
SECURITY CAMERA
- You can leave it plugged in or you may unplug it but we need you to plug it back in before you leave the apartment. In this way, we can monitor our cleaner.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
- A security deposit of 1,500-2,500 PHP per stay is a must and should be paid through Duve Frontdesk or Gcash
- Taking care of the security deposit will be your door to our guest interface. We won’t be able to share with you the details of your arrival such as the codes, how to get to the apartment etc. without completing this
- In case there's a delinquent payment, we will collect it through the security deposit.
- We don't accept ******** for the security deposit.
CHANGE REQUESTS
- Adding days to your reservation is fine as long as the apartment is available.
- Reducing the number of days of the reservation depends on the cancellation policy set when you booked the reservation.
Adding/changing guests:
- We will have to consider the maximum number of allowed guests per apartment.
- Once you get your visitor’s pass from Miami Tower’s concierge, we can only make changes to your reservation from 8:00 am - 06:00 pm Mondays- Saturdays.
- After 6:00 pm, we can only add additional guests to the reservation the next day as long as it does not exceed the number of guests and the next day doesn’t fall on a Sunday or a holiday.
- If you will need to change a guest's name after you successfully check-in, we are charging 500 php for every guest name change request. This is because of the long process that we have to do in making the change. You will also have to go to the concierge's desk to update your visitor's pass whenever we need to change a "check-in" status reservation.
OTHER POLICIES
- Strictly no cooking of smelly foods
- Only light cooking is allowed
- No smoking inside the apartment, smoking is only allowed on the balcony but please make sure that the windows and doors are closed so the smell won’t travel inside the bedrooms.
- Keep perishable goods inside the refrigerator especially when you are going out for a long time to avoid attracting bugs inside the apartment.
- Strictly no ******** transactions
- Strictly no visitors allowed. You must pay for every guest that will enter the unit.
AZURE MANAGEMENT POLICIES
These are Azure's policies and penalties that we must follow at all times.
1. Overcrowding =10,000 PHP
- 1 Bedroom = 4 guests + 1 child BELOW 3ft
- 2 Bedroom = 6 guests + 1 child BELOW 3ft
- No transferring from ********it to another, please maintain the # of allowed guests per unit.
2. No hanging of clothes on the balcony = 2,000 PHP
3. Getting/roaming in the tower in wet clothes = 2,000 PHP
4. Improper disposal of garbage = 2,000 PHP
5. Partying in the apartment/loud noise = 7,000 PHP
6. No spitting and throwing of cigarette butts in the common areas = 7,000 PHP
7. Smoking inside the apartment and smoking outside the designated areas = 5,000 PHP
8. Unauthorized pets = 7,000 PHP per night
9.. Vandalism = 10,000 PHP + the amount of the damaged property
10. Violations against fire, safety, and security of the building and residents = A minimum penalty of 10,000 PHP
Apartment Specific Penalties:
12. Unauthorized late checkout = 500 PHP per hour
13. Unauthorized guests = 1.200 PHP per guest, per night (If a guest that is still in the apartment after 10 pm needs to be considered as an extra guest)
14. Lost chip = 1,000 PHP
