This lovely apartment is located in Alvor within walking distance of the nearest beach (500mts) and town.
There is a selection of excellent restaurants on the beach and in the area. The nearest supermarket is just 850mts and 1.3km to the centre of Alvor where shops, cafés and bars are available. There is also a bowling alley just 550meters from the property.
The apartment sleeps 4 and is set in a closed condominium with a large garden, a children’s playground and a swimming pool for adults and children.
There is a family bathroom, an open plan kitchen / living room with sofa-beds and a double bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and toaster.
A perfect holiday home for a small family or freinds who will enjoy the beach and all that the lovely town of Alvor has to offer!
Easy access and walking distance to the beach.
Plenty of free parking in the private car park within the complex.
Guests have access to the communal pool and garden.
Other things to note:
Monthly rentals do not include utilities (water and electricity). These are charged seperately on a monthly basis according to a monthly consumer rate. More information on request.
Long term winter rentals are between October and May, minimum 1 month stays to 6 months maximum.
The security deposit for monthly winter lets is 250 euros (refunded at the end of the stay).
