Beautiful, spacious one bedroomed apartment at the Icon Building in the CBD. Located on the twelfth floor, enjoy spectacular views over the city and of Table Mountain. The building does have a pool and gym which you are welcome to enjoy during your stay at the apartment. There is a fully equipped kitchen, 24-hour security, secure, off-street parking and convenient shops on the ground floor.
Located in the heart of the CBD, the apartment is conveniently located close to many meeting venues, CTICC, & V&A. The apartment has a 20mbps line, which is stable and reliable, enough to run several devices on. Make us of Uber Eats should you wish, they will deliver and you won't need to worry about preparing dinner after a long day.
A contactless, check-in procedure will allow you to do a self check-in.

The apartment is located on the 12th floor, offering peace and quiet during the day and night, allowing you to work and not get distracted and have a fantastic nights sleep on the luxurious king sized bed. The apartment is equipped with free WIFI, Netflix channels and Aircon, for those hot summer days. It can also be used as a heater should you need it on a chilly night.
Guests will have exclusive use of the apartment during their stay
Located at the top of Long Street the apartment is central and close to all popular restaurants and bars in town. The CBD is a 2 minute drive where you will be right in the heart of the mother city. Enjoy Cape Town's iconic sunsets from the balcony with incredible mountain and city views too.
I recommend using the Red Bus or making use of Uber.
There is a dedicated parking bay, should you wish to use your own car.
This is a self catering unit, but we do provide the basics (tea, coffee, milk, sugar). We have hotel quality linens (300 Thread Count). Stays of 8 nights or longer will receive complimentary changeovers.
We experience intermittent load shedding (power cuts) in all areas around South Africa and this unfortunately is out of our control, however it is not constant and is announced over social media and Eskom Se Push App which is very handy to download to have on hand in order to plan.
Housekeeping in the unit is done on a weekly basis for stays of 8 days or more.
ID will be required ahead of check-in to ensure a smooth check-in process
