Enjoy your time with family or friends in this lovely 3 bedroom holiday house! Sea Breeze is located only minutes away from beautiful Brisbane Waters and a short drive to local beaches.
The back garden is a perfect place for kids to play and in season feel free to pick your own fresh oranges from the orange tree or herbs from the garden. Other activities include walks along the water, cycling on the bike track or perhaps just relax in comfort with a good movie, and a BBQ feast.
This comfortable and spacious three bedroom, two bathroom house has all the essentials supplied. Arrive and unpack before either relaxing or heading off to explore the lovely Central Coast.
During your stay, you will have the front house and backyard to yourselves. Please make yourself at home!
The property is located in Point Clare right near Gosford (you'll notice Brisbane Water on the map) and a 3 min walk from the water. Sea Breeze is located on a cul-de-sac, and comes with the sound of birds chirping when you awake in the morning. The closest beaches are Umina and Ettalong which are about 15 min drive away. Aldi, a bottle shop, Thai food and a cafe are a 2 min drive away. Coles and a shopping centre are less than a 5 min drive. Restaurants like The Coast, The Boathouse, Gosford RSL and the Sailing Club are 5-10 min drive away.
Point Clare train stations is 900m away from the house.
There is room for at least two cars on the driveway and you are free to park on the street if need be. Being a cul-de-sac you should have no trouble parking on the street.
