The Villas offer classic Mediterranean-style services and ultra-luxury features beyond compare. 90 well-appointed, five-star private villas create a truly unique stay on the northern coast of the Dominican Republic, in the secluded bay of Cofresi Beach, surrounded by mountain ranges, lush tropical vegetation, and the sparkling silvery hues of the ocean.

With a complement of luxurious private three to seven bedroom residences, The Royal Villas offer a matchless vacation stay. Each villa is unique in design and décor, yet all offer the highest standards of amenities including a private pool, superb location, multiple suites with private baths, and dedicated personal maid service to pamper you.

All villas feature air conditioning, cable TV, phones, and ceiling fans, while the décor has a distinctive Caribbean flair showcasing rattan, natural wicker, and exotic bamboo. Shaded patios and verandas provide the perfect place to gather amidst gardens bursting with hibiscus, bougainvillea, and other tropical foliage.

All of these villas are a classical Spanish Mediterranean style architecture, stucco plastered archways and distinguished stone columns with generous tropical gardens where hibiscus, bougainvilleas and other magnificent tropical plants abound.

All have a private swimming pool, shaded terrace, veranda, kitchen, and a full private bath leading directly off each bedroom. The villas are furnished with rattan, elephant bamboo and a natural Caribbean wattle work and are equipped with air conditioning, overhead fans and cable television.

The Villas are part of the all-inclusive resort and guests have access to all the facilities of the Resort (including the V.I.P areas). A personal maid and an exclusive menu in each of the eight Resort restaurants complete these perfect accommodations.
Room rate doesn't include the all-inclusive fee. Guests must pay the mandatory all-inclusive fees directly to All In Vacation after the reservation is confirmed.

The all inclusive cost is $150/per day per guest, children 12 years old and younger are 50% off and children 2 years old and younger are free.

This fee covers all meals including breakfasts, lunches and dinners as well as Unlimited alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks and all listed activities and amenities. (off-property excursions are extra $$)All meals – access to breakfast, lunch, and dinner in any V.I.P. restaurant on property (some restaurants require advance reservations). All drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks including house wine with meals, beer, spirits, cocktails, juices, water and soft drinks are available from all bars located on the property.
