The beautiful architecture surrounds every corner you turn and there are so many places to visit and things to do for all. We are only minutes away from downtown, the famous St Louis Arch, Busch Stadium, and all the best attractions in the city. We are a short 10 minute drive to the Zoo, museums, and Botanical Gardens.

* NO Locals. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if you are local and do not have at least 2 good reviews.
* No one allowed in unit that is not on your reservation. This goes for people just stopping by. Please consult with the host if you expect anyone to visit.
* NO SMOKING inside or on the property. Please smoke closer to the street or alleys away from the building. Some units have other guests and out of respect we ask all smokers to step away from the building.
* Check in time is 4pm or after. Please consult with host if you need a early check in and we will try to accommodate you.
This apartment entry location is on the 2nd floor. There is a flight of stairs to get to front door (please see listing photos for reference) This is a 2 story apartment once you are inside. The building has 4 units, please do not disturb other guests. You will have a private entry which is accessed at the back of the building. You are allowed 1 parking spot back there as the other spot is for our other guests. Street parking is an option. Please adhere to any city parking rules/signage.
The building is located close to a highway and some highway noise can be heard. When inside with windows closed and door closed, the noise is very minimal.
We also rent the other apartments in the building so if you're looking for more space for a larger group please inquire with the host to make arrangements.
* Please let us know upon booking your age range, how many guests in total, and reason for stay. If you have a dog, please inform the host. 1 dog allowed no more then 35 pounds. No Cats. If you have any questions, please message us.
* Pet fee of $50.00 and will be collected upon confirmation of reservation.

* No pets allowed on furniture, beds, or without supervision inside or outside the property.
