Full sized bed with cozy linens and pillows, side table with lamps and USB outlets, full sized closet for your belongings.
Washer, dryer, ironing board and iron are available for your use in the hallway closet.
PRIVATE BATHROOM:
Full sized tub/shower, towels and a hair dryer. Body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lotion are all provided for your use. Forgot your toothbrush? Check inside the vanity for items I have provided for you!
SHARED LIVING ROOM:
Complete with a couch, pillows, and blanket, an arm chairs, a smart TV and bluetooth speaker, and record player.
SHARED KITCHEN:
Everything in my kitchen is for your use! Pots and pans, cooking utensils, basic spices, oils and vinegars, water filtration and ice in the fridge, electric kettle, and a coffee maker. Full sized fridge/freezer, full size gas range/oven, microwave and a blender.
BACKYARD:
The backyard is accessed through the dining area and includes a small deck with a bistro table/fire pit, grill and chairs for your use!
Only booked guests allowed, no parties, and no pets. No smoking indoors, if you smoke in the backyard please dispose your butts in the ashcan properly. Any evidence of smoking indoors will incur a minimum $200 fine.
No open fires allowed in the backyard.
