This private room offers a nice size closet, a large dresser, and nightstand. The king size bed boasts a 10 inch thick mattress made of memory foam with 1500 thread count cotton sheets. Extra pillows and plenty of blankets are available and stored in the drawers of the bed frame for easy access.
A 40" TV with Amazon Prime and a DVD player are also provided in the room. Additional amenities may be available by request. Please feel free to ask for additional accomodations.
The shared common area includes a large living room with plenty of seating, A small but well stocked kitchen with cookware and dinnerware, and a bathroom that is conveniently located between the kitchen and bedroom.
Parking is off street in the driveway. Garage space is available for additional fee if needed. There is an electical outlet and water connections on the side of the house closest to the driveway if you have a camper and wish to use that but need parking and utilities.
Wifi is included as well as a select few toiletries if needed at no additional cost. There is a Laundromat two blocks away with a large selection of clean washers and dryers. The facility is rarely busy and is always open.
Clothing is optional but the host will always remain professional and respectful. Pets are not allowed and the home is not suitable for children. Smoking is allowed outside only. Guests are required to remove their shoes upon entry. There are no time restrictions, but please be respectful and do not invite other guests to the property. Only those that have booked the reservation are permitted access inside the house. This is non-negotiable.
