The large indigenous garden offers countless spots in which to soak up the sun. Covered Patio, entertainment area and upper deck with stunning mountain views. No power cuts at this property.
Expansive open Living area with large fully equipped kitchen - double eye level oven, double fridge and freezer, quality oven and gas stove which will satisfy even the most demanding of chefs. Separate scullery. Daily housekeeping on request. Spacious bespoke main bedroom ensuite, 2nd bedroom with King bed, third and fourth bedrooms with Three-Quarter beds, all leading onto the patio, pool and garden, providing a great start to any vacay day! A separate flatlet with large double bed, separate single bed area, bathroom and laundry offering a private area for a small family or children.
Large Double electric swing gates open onto a wide driveway where several cars can be safely parked.
The perimeter of the property is electrified and the house is alarmed. you have exclusive use of the property for the entirety of your stay. Housekeeper can be arranged upon request.

This north-facing property is surrounded by tall trees and mountain views perfectly situated to soak up the last rays of the day.
Wine farms are a stones throw away and access to all that the Mother City has to offer is effortless! Walking distance to the Alphen and Hohenhort Hotels.
Hikes from the front door, through the Constantia Green Belt and onto Table Mountain Reserve, provide wonderful access to Cape Town's natural beauty.
Equidistant from Kalk Bay to Camps Bay, Central to Atlantic and Indian coastlines, the Waterfront and Noordhoek. Mountain Bike from the front door. Many world class restaurants, bars, shopping centres, Gym and wine farms within a 3 kilometre radius.
We suggest hiring (or using) your own car. We are also more than happy to arrange transfers and/ or drivers to accommodate your group.
