This one-bedroom luxury apartment hosts a spacious luxurious bed with 100% cotton duvets, crisp white linen on a queen size bed. Bespoke lighting adds a good ambience and ample cupboard space.
The kitchen and entertainment area, are open plan with comfortable seating options and perfect to work from home and to entertain in. Large smart TV and fast uncapped WiFi.
The bathroom is sizeable, with New York Style tile detail extending across the walls and offset by dark grouting, it contains a basin, toilet and large rainfall shower ensconced in glass, ceramic and shiny steel.
The decor is accentuated with artwork, good lighting and a sophisticated colour palette.
Looking into the kitchen and entertainment area, you are greeted by a full, state-of-the-art kitchen with SMEG stove-top and oven and of course a washer/dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge. Crockery and cutlery are all of the highest order, so if you plan on collecting ingredients during your forays into the Cape farmlands, this is a perfect place to put them all together and indulge in foodie heaven.
A four-seater dining table leads on to the entertainment area replete with luxurious L-shape couch opposite an entertainment system over a coffee table. The entertainment system consists of a widescreen HD TV and high speed fibre/WiFi as well as DSTV (local cable) so you won’t have to miss a beat on your favourite shows.
The master bedroom is appointed in absolute elegance and an en-suite bathroom, providing privacy and sophistication to the discerning guest. Cupboard space galore and a fully decked-out bathroom flank incredibly comfortable bed, linens, comforters, bedside tables and lamps.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment. This is a private and quiet apartment. with a dedicated parking bay in the underground secure parking area.
Take a stroll through the peaceful Company Gardens, watch the advocates in their flowing gowns march the streets while gazing at Table Mountain. This neighbourhood is a quiet, local, working neighbourhood. The street is populated with upmarket apartment blocks, in the historical, upper side of the city. You feel as if you may be in Netherlands at first glance. The night life of Long Street is one block away, yet it is absolutely quiet and peaceful in the apartment. A perfect place for a holiday or medium-long term work stay. You can walk the entire city very comfortably from here.
Walking to almost anywhere is ideal from this location. The Beaches, Table Mountain and Waterfront are on your doorstep. My City Bus route is a step away and so is the Hop on Hop off City bus. Uber and taxis are at your door within a minute. Or you can try out the Cape Town Tuk Tuks!
