This comfortable and distinguished apartment is for your exclusive use. An open plan trendy apartment with plenty of light, a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a washer dryer, Nespresso Machine. Full amenities. Company Gardens, Art Galleries, Labia Theatre, restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, shops and nightclubs are all within easy walking distance. There is 24 hour concierge desk and security. The street is safe & quiet, yet you are minutes (walking) away from the bustling city. The furnishings in the apartment are bespoke and luxuriously comfortable.
Pick up the keys from the concierge desk. Lifts and stair access to the 2nd Floor. We are on call to help with anything you need. Daily cleaning on request.
Take a stroll through the peaceful Company Gardens, watch the advocates in their flowing gowns march the streets below from your patio while sipping coffee and gazing at Table Mountain. This neighbourhood is a quiet, local, working neighbourhood. The street is populated with upmarket apartment blocks, in the historical, upper side of the city. You feel as if you may be in Netherlands at first glance. The night life of Long Street is one block away, yet it is absolutely quiet and peaceful in the apartment. A perfect place for a holiday or medium-long term work stay. You can walk the entire city very comfortably from here.
Walking to almost anywhere is ideal from this location. The Beaches, Table Mountain and Waterfront are on your doorstep. My City Bus route is a step away and so is the Hop on Hop off City bus. Uber and taxis are at your door within a minute. Or you can try out the Cape Town Tuk Tuks!
We do not have a dedicated parking bay - should you need a secure parking bay - please put in a special request and we will do our best to try and arrange one for you. Alternatively there is a parkade just around the corner at Pepper Street Parkade
There is a generator for public areas in the building and the lift, should electricity outages occur. The apartment does not have capacity should this occur - there are load shedding bulbs to give some light - however the TV and WIFI will not work during this time
