A delightfully open and spacious two bedroom apartment with mountain, harbour and city skyline views from the 7th floor. Both bedrooms are en-suite. Bath and Shower in one bathroom. Washer dryer, dishwasher, large fridge and fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable lounge with good wifi and DSTV. Spacious balcony with outdoor dining
All areas in the building are accessible to you during your stay including Parking Bay, Rooftop Pool and Gym. There are many shops, liquor store and restaurants on the ground floor in the building
Woodstock is one of the oldest suburbs in Cape Town and it is also one of the hippest. An incredible mix of diversity and cultures combine to make the neighbourhood a vibrant, bustling blend of food, fashion, arts, and design. Woodstock is a place to be seen and heard, favoured by locals for good reason.
Uber is very active in the area. We also have one dedicated parking bay for use during your stay.
Please collect lock box from security on arrival on the upper ground floor. Climb the short set of stairs on the left hand wall, from the main entrance of the building. You will need to access the disc in order to activate the lift.
For LOAD SHEDDING: This area is Woodstock (East) (15). During electrical cuts the communal areas and lifts still operate - however the wifi does not work and there are load shedding bulbs which operate for 2-3 hours when electricity is off.
