Welcome to Bondi and our much loved family home. We are 400m to the beach and a minutes walk to the vibrant heart of Bondi with it cafes, bars and shops. Enjoy beach activities, stunning coastal walks, and easy transport options at the doorstep.

The home itself is ideal for an extended family visit to Bondi - 3 bedrooms in the main house, and a separate self contained studio at the rear of the property. Sleeping 8 comfortably.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms including the master bedroom, which is large and welcoming with a King Size bed and flooded with natural light. Plenty of wardrobe space, and lovely French doors opening to a private balcony for the summer breeze.

The second bedroom upstairs is a really sunny and bright double room with a desk to work from. A large family bathroom is also on this level - with a big roll top bath and large shower.

At entry level you will find another large bedroom which is bright and comfortable with timber accents and a comfortable queen size bed. another full bathroom is on this level.

The self contained studio is elevated up the stairs at the rear of the property - district views and a very tastefully designed space with its own kitchen and bathroom and a queen size bed.

The kitchen has all mod cons including a large oven and gas cooking, dishwasher and microwave. Well equipped with lots of quality cookware, bowls and platters for family life, should keep the foodies happy! A dining table seats 6. The living room is ideal for relaxing on the large comfortable sofa - seating the whole family!

Leading off the kitchen, a large rear patio offers an oversized day bed for capturing the sun, outdoor seating and a BBQ. A sunny front porch provides a space to watch the world go by.

The house features ducted air conditioning, opening skylights on the upper level, and a washing machine and dryer. Entertainment options include a large TV with Netflix, Apple TV and high speed WIFI. Freshly provided linens and towels and a hairdryer and cleaning supplies for convenience.
You'll have full access to the entire property, including the self contained studio. There is a local property manager who is reachable for anything you need help with during your stay.

Its a super convenient and safe area, with lovely friendly neighbours. Please be mindful of them and noise levels after 10pm. Strictly no parties or gatherings at this property. Its a well loved family home which is lived in all year round, but we love to offer our home for use over the summer holidays while we travel.
