Whether you’re here for work or just to enjoy some downtime, we’ve got everything you need for a super comfy and fun stay. We can’t wait to welcome you!
Our apartment provides everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

- Two queen beds and a TV in each bedroom
- A sofa bed and TV in the living room
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Balcony with a spectacular view
- Onsite washer and dryer
- 1 free parking spot available, with optional paid valet parking for a second car (you can also use other parking lots if preferred).

Brickell is the city´s financial center, where glittering business towers and luxury condos tower over Biscayne Bay. Rooftop bars and surf ´n turf grills cater to the banking and business crowd, while the art galleries and fashionable boutiques in the Brickell City Centre attract chic locals. The Brickell Avenue Bridge spans the Miami River and has views of the waterfront Miami Circle park and archaeological site.
7-11 located in the building, Publix Supermarket 3 blocks away. Plenty of restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. Great shopping in Brickell City Centre.
Parking is included in the price of the stay.
Paid valet parking is also available at the building.
Less than 5 mins Metro Trail Station and Brickell Bus Station.
Please note that the parking will only fit regular size cars. Oversized vehicles won´t have space to be parked. If you think your vehicle is bigger than a standard-size car, please contact us before making the reservation.
