This gorgeous home is the perfect place to have a relaxing and fun vacation. The home sits 50 yards from the waterline, and has unobstructed beach views! The home is luxurious, no expense has been spared in making it beautiful and enjoyable to stay in and play in! Fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Exquisite dining and living areas with excellent ocean views. This tourist area is all custom homes and pristine sandy stretches of beach to enjoy.
This home is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath fully custom, high end modern home for you to enjoy. The views are the centerpiece of the home design, with a HUGE oceanfront covered patio, fully equipped with couches, lounge chairs, BBQ for grilling and Bar/barstools section! To top it off the home has a fun rooftop party deck for even more expansive views, and a place to gather day or night.
The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired with high end luxury finishes and appliances. The living room has a gas fireplace and generous entertainment center. There is seating for 10 for indoor dining or you can dine outdoors as well. The sliding doors between the living area and the beach patio open all the way up making the difference between the lovely outdoors and indoors disappear for the perfect indoor/outdoor lifestyle.
Each bedroom is craftily designed for comfort and luxury. The primary has a queen bed, ocean view, and attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom has a queen bed and a bonus pull-out full size bed, the fourth bedroom is a fun bunk-room consisting of two twin size beds in bunkbed format.
