Buses

Security Deposit: A security deposit is required, and its amount is specified in the listing. The deposit must be paid before arrival. To facilitate the process, we use the Swikly service, a secure platform that allows the deposit to be made online using a bank card number, without affecting the guest's account balance. Swikly eliminates the need for transfers, ******** payments, or blocking of bank cards. To complete the deposit, simply click on the Swikly link sent by the owner and follow the instructions at least one month before arrival. This process is not a payment, but an authorization for a charge in case of damages.

Bank charges associated with the security deposit are the responsibility of the guest, and Swikly will directly charge a fee of 1% of the deposit amount when accepting the authorization.

Damage Deposit Charge: If the property is clean and in good condition at the end of the stay, and no damage or missing items are detected during the inventory, the guest's bank details will be deleted no later than 10 days after check-out.

Otherwise, Swikly will charge the deposit for damages, deducting the cost of the damages plus an additional 5.6% charge for management fees.
