The spacious living-dining room has comfortable sofas and armchairs, a large 65-inch television to watch the best movies and enjoy fantastic evenings. The dining area equipped with a beautiful round table and comfortable green and yellow chairs to match the entire room.
On the other side of the room is the kitchen area, fully equipped (it has all the appliances to make the stay as comfortable as possible), modern and bright, and also has a bar with stools for breakfast.
The bathroom is large, fitted and has a large shower and plenty of storage space.
In addition, the apartment has a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and space to iron and care for clothes.

To make the deposit, simply click on the Swikly link sent by the Owner and follow the steps provided, no later than one month before the start of the stay. This is not a payment: the guest will not be charged the requested amount, but will authorize the charge in case of damage. DAMAGE DEPOSIT CHARGES: As long as the property is in a satisfactory condition of cleanliness and no damage or missing items are found during the final inventory check at the end of the stay, the bank details will be withdrawn no later than 10 days after the end of the stay. Otherwise, the damage deposit will be charged by Swikly, after the owner has deducted the cost of the damages plus a 5.6% fee for collection costs.
