EXTRA GUESTS:
Guest count must be the same as on the reservation. Keep in mind there is an added $50/night Usage & Amenity fee (plus booking fees & taxes) per guest over the 4th to cover extra cleaning and amenity usage. Any day visitors must be approved prior to arrival. Day visitors must leave by 10pm due to local regulations.

PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEIGHBORS!
Follow our Good Neighbor Policy of no outside noise after 10pm and before 8am. Guests must refrain from any outdoor music, noise or other disruptions that may cause a disturbance to the community during quiet hours. Failure to respect quiet hours may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.

NO SMOKING:
No smoking or burning candles. This is a non-smoking home. Any and all smoking should be kept outdoors at least 15 feet away from any exterior doors. There will be a $250 charge for anyone not honoring this guideline.

DEPOSIT OR WAIVER:
Our bookings are protected by SUPERHOG, our trust and safety partner. Guests must verify themselves through SUPERHOG after the booking is confirmed, which only takes less than a minute and is required prior to arrival. Guests will be asked to put down a refundable $500 deposit (minus a $15 processing fee) or a non-refundable $35 damage waiver that covers any damage up to $500. Guests will be contacted directly by SUPERHOG via text with a URL link to start the verification process.

ACCESSIBILITY:
This property offers a step-free entry but stairs are required to access some bedrooms.
