Private room with shared bathrooms

Located in the Lakeview neighborhood this room is located in the heart of Boystown, this private room is located on the third floor and has a queen bed and shares two bathrooms with three other rooms. Shared kitchen, living room and laundry room is located in the kitchen. No parking on site, street parking only, we will provide permits to the surrounding area, however we will always recommend not to drive. Wifi, and daily continental breakfast are served from 6am-10am. Due to proximity to the street and nightlife this room can be loud at night. Self check in and we are keyless. You will receive information on checking in via text message.
This unit is located on the third floor and has four total bathrooms and two bathrooms. On the second floor the owners live and are available if needed. On the first floor is the restaurant Big Gay Sal's Pizza (you get both a discount there and they provide room service).
You have access to your room, the kitchen, laundry room, living room, and you can use the front yard at The Villa Toscana.
We are in the middle of Boystown and close to many of the iconic gay bars in the Chicago area. There is almost any kind of cuisine you would like within a 15 minute walk and tons of restaurants and bars within seconds. Plenty of drag brunch and show options, we are also next to a magic show Trickery (which is highly recommended). Around a 7-10 minute walk to Wrigley Field and Wrigleyville. 7-10 minute walk to the Addison el station. This neighborhood is very lively.
We are about 40 minutes from both airports. We can easily be accessed by both via public transportation and an average ride via uber/lyft/taxi is $50, more or less depending on time of day, if you are arriving past 10pm, we would suggest uber/lyft/taxi.
