The neighborhood also boasts excellent local dining, highlighting fresh seafood, and is conveniently located near downtown Des Moines for additional shopping and recreation. - There are 16 steps from the street to the entrance. It is not ideal for guests with movility issues.
- Potential for Noise: The house is on the road, you may hear car noise occasionally. It is not ideal for light-sleepers.
