* Minimum Age requirement to rent this property is 21 years old ** There are no exceptions**
* Guests must submit an ID to us before they are granted access. There is no exception to this rule
* Applicable City Noise Ordinance is strictly enforced and parties are NOT permitted
* Furniture and added amenities are in as-is condition and at the discretion of the property owner.
*✅ EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT are based on availability and can be requested 24-48 hours prior to arrival/ departure. There is a fee of $100 plus tax for each.
* Property is Pet Friendly & does allow dogs, would need to inquire about this before booking. Would need to be approved & pet deposit is required.

Guests are renting a private home in its entirety and will have access to all amenities available. We do keep a locked closet with owner supplies inside the home and also inside the garage; this is the only space that is off-limits.
