Stamford is part of the NY metro region, and while we offer ample parking, it’s good to keep in mind that traffic from both New York and Connecticut can sometimes be heavy 🚙🛣️. Plan your arrival accordingly, especially during peak hours!

The property is surrounded by multi-family homes where a lot of young people and families live. The neighborhood is very welcoming and convenient with a supermarket around the block, a laundromat across the street, several restaurants, a barbershop and a lot more great places located within 2 minutes from the property.

The most beautiful beaches are located within walking distance, so you can easily visit Cummings beach, Cove beach and West beach during your stay. There are also several green spaces with playgrounds, restaurants and tennis courts close to the beaches.
