3-room flat renovated in 2022 with balcony. Fully equipped with a modern kitchen, full bath, 2 bedrooms and a spacious living/dining area with a comfortable sofa bed; suitable for 6 people, elevator. Ring train & tram connection, close to the S-Bahn station, Greifswalder Str. (Prenzlauer Berg), in 30 minutes in the city centre. The neighbouring Langhansstraße is a real gastronomic mile, there is also a cinema, organic and weekly market and a well-known tattoo studio. Lightning fast & free Wi-Fi.
The 87 sqm apartment is on the SECOND floor (of a total of 4 floors) in a residential building that was completely renovated in 2022. The bright apartment consists of a kitchen, daylight bathroom, a living room with dining area, the master bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and another bedroom with 2 single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m). There is also a sofa bed in the living room, so that a total of 6 people can sleep comfortably.
All rooms lead off the spacious hallway, i.e. none of the rooms is a so-called connecting room. Apart from the modern tiled bathroom, the apartment is laid out with beautifully polished floorboards.
The new kitchen, with dishwasher, oven and fridge with freezer compartment, is fully equipped with the most important kitchen utensils, including coffee machine, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, crockery, cutlery, pots and much more.
The modern bathroom with a window to the courtyard has a sink, a floor-level shower and a bathtub that invites you to relax.
In the living room there is a large TV (43 inches (approx. 1 m)) with HDMI connection. An HDMI cable is also provided for easy playback of videos from the laptop.
Lightning-fast Wi-Fi with 500 Mbit/s is available free of charge. Your laptop can be connected to the Internet via WLAN or LAN (there is a LAN socket in every room), so that you can surf and work with the laptop without any problems. A small desk for comfortable working is available. A Bluetooth speaker for playing your own music is also available.
The apartment also has a balcony overlooking the quiet and pretty courtyard. Here you can end the day perfectly with a glass of wine.
