Our company follows standardized PROTOCOL for CLEANING AND SANITIZATION by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Our apartment is suitable for children, has a workspace with high speed wi-fi, and is an excellent staycation. As always, cleanliness is our top priority, cleans and sanitizes every property between each reservation—following a 100 point checklist. We clean and disinfect all hard surfaces and high touch areas using products approved by public health authorities.

- Direct access to the onsite Pool
- 24 hour security
- Tiki bar by the pool area with reasonable prices

Hotel Registration Fee : $500 paid to the host
Parking is not included, we do not manage the garage, the cost per day is $35. Friday to sunday and holidays the cost per day is $45, weekly $175 and monthly $450

The condominium is located in Collins Avenue on the Atlantic Ocean in the Mid Beach/Millionaires Row area of Miami Beach, just a few steps from the beach and a few minutes drive to world famous South Beach. The condominium has incredible ocean, bay and city views and year-round bay and ocean breezes. Miami Beach's Mid Beach/ Millionaires Row area has long been very desirable because it is a narrow strip of land between the Atlantic Ocean and Indian Creek, ocean access boating from the Indian Creek docks! Also, this neighborhood is just a bike ride from Lincoln Road and just minutes from world famous South Beach.

Bus Station in front of the building, you can also download the Uber and Lyft app, I believe they are the best option! Fast, easy and cheap. From here you are 10 minutes by car, away from South Beach, Lincoln Rd, Ocean Dr., Midtown, Wynwood, facing South If you prefer to go North to Aventura Mall, Bal Harbor Shops, Gulfstream Park will take between 20 and 30 minutes to get there, always with the ocean on your side.
Direct Beach Access - no need to even cross the street. Just take the elevator to LL (Lower Level) and walk past the pool and you are on the beach. There are no streets to cross or ways to get lost which makes it very safe for children.
