Welcome to Villa Avanti, a luxurious five-bedroom residence in Terres Basses. As you enter through its grand gated entrance and palm-lined driveway, you'll be greeted by stone fountains. The main doors open to a vast indoor/outdoor living space with a breathtaking 180-degree ocean view, stretching from Saba on the distant horizon to a lush, green lawn in the foreground.

The outdoor area boasts an elegant saltwater pool that wraps around the terrace, featuring a built-in table, seating area, and an inviting "island" daybed. You can access the pool through a gentle slope or steps from the poolside gazebo. The gazebo is beautifully illuminated, offering plush seating, a wet bar, and the perfect spot to relish Caribbean sunsets. Eight loungers, two daybeds, and parasols complete the poolside, ensuring a luxurious lounging experience.

Inside, a contemporary African-themed decor runs throughout, featuring furnishings from Manutti and Roche Bobois, natural wood accents, hints of burnt orange, and primitive art and textiles. The living and dining areas, along with a TV viewing corner equipped with an 82” Smart TV, are flanked by the entrance. To the left, you'll find the sleek light wood kitchen, equipped with Wolf and Sub Zero stainless steel appliances, a central island, and a breakfast bar. Adjacent to the kitchen is additional dining space for 8 and a Wolf gas grill on the terrace. Both the kitchen and living room have glass sliding doors that can be closed for climate control. The covered terrace provides a comfortable outdoor lounge and al fresco dining area.

Off the main terrace living space, you'll discover five bedroom suites, a guest bathroom, and a media room with an 82” smart TV and Bose surround sound Home Theatre system. Each of the five king-size bedrooms features a luxurious en-suite bathroom with double vanities, spacious open rain showers, an outdoor "garden" shower, and a separate toilet. Smart TVs and Bose soundbars with Bluetooth connectivity enhance each bedroom's comfort. Four of the five bedrooms include walk-in closets. The master suite, in addition, boasts a lounge area and a private terrace with a 3-person jacuzzi/hydro pool. The master suite and bedroom four are interconnected.
