Stay close to it all at this centrally-located haven, perfect for families, wedding parties, and large traveling groups! Close to the interstate in a safe and quiet neighborhood. This house includes 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and sleeps up to 24! There is also an amazing bonus room with a projector TV (up to 120 inches), ping pong table, games and more! Relax on the back deck and marvel at the expansive, beautiful backyard with a gorgeous live oak! Plenty of parking for everyone too!

You'll be staying at a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with a bonus room, amazing backyard. The main entrance of the house includes access to the full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (including a jacuzzi tub), and a bonus entertainment room. Attached unit includes 1 bedroom, 1 common area and 1 bathroom. Detached unit includes 1 bedroom, 1 common area, 1 bathroom and full kitchen.
Guests will have access to the entire property including the tiny house in the back with the peach door.
We’re super close to lots of different midtown attractions including cute restaurants and coffee shops! Grocery stores are less than a mile away as well as other fun things to do! The interstate is just 2 miles away too! 4 local hospitals, University of South Alabama, Mobile Tennis Center, and the convention center are all just a 10 min drive or less (about 3 miles) as well as many other attractions.
And don’t forget the beach- Pensacola, orange beach, Fort Morgan, and gulf shores are about 1-1.5 hrs away and dauphin island and Fairhope are just 45 min!
Off the back deck there is a separate entrance to the attached mother in law suite where you'll find another sitting room with a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. THIS IS A PERFECT SPOT for families traveling together! We can accommodate up to 20+ including a pack and play, but have available cots and other beds should you need more sleeping arrangements (please contact us prior to your stay)
The location is just the best too - super central and close to the interstate and downtown! Awesome, safe neighborhood and just 45 min-1.5 hours away from Dauphin Island, Pensacola Beach, Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, Fort Morgan and Fairhope!
Car is great but an Uber ride downtown shouldn’t cost much at all
Mobile also has scooters that would be fun to ride!
Plenty of parking available - but please be respectful and only park in the designated areas
We try to keep our prices competitive and affordable and in order to do this we price it based on number people that can sleep in the already made beds. This helps our cleaners and the wear and tear on the house. Please be honest when booking and indicate the number of people that will be staying with you so we can best accommodate you and provide for our cleaners
We do accept pets at this location, but have some guidelines we'd ask you to follow when joining us with pets:
1. Let us know how many and what animals you plan to bring before booking. We do ask a small pet fee, so contact us to make sure it’s clear on both ends.
2. No animals are allowed on the furniture.
3. All animals must be kenneled when you leave them unattended.
4. Any other questions or concerns - don't hesitate to send us a message!
