Set on Manly Cove's doorstep with a quiet rear-of-block position, this north facing apartment promises the ultimate relaxed lifestyle on the second floor of 'Grande Esplanade'.
It's metres from cafés, shops, the beach and the wharf.

Please Note: Four (4) weeks from today, on the 4th of December, a renovation will be commencing in unit 407.
There will be intermittent noise – between 8am and 4pm weekdays.
Renovation works will stop on 18th December and cannot resume until 15th January.
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)
Manly is a vibrant community where there is always something going on. The beach is 100m flat walk away and is spectacular. The promenade takes you from Manly Beach to Shelley Beach on one end and all the way to Queenscliff Beach on the other end. There are local markets in the Corso every weekend and plenty of restaurants, cafes and pubs to choose from. There are various hiking trails to North Head and also to the Spit. Manly is the gateway to the Northern Beaches which is idyllic for lifestyle. Many people choose to live there and commute to the city by ferry for work.
There are 4 council car parks within a few minutes walk.
Linen fee of 35AUD if you need to use the sofa bed.
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
There is a non refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance / security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie to verify the booking details. Service fee is non refundable when booking is cancelled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
