Annexed modern kitchen with all of the essentials - four ring gas hob with oven and grill combo, dishwasher, microwave and cafetière. The washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry annex outside.

Contemporary open plan living and dining room with two arms chairs and a double sofa bed. Coffee and side tables, floor lamp and recessed shelves, along with 32" Smart TV.
There is a wooden table and four chairs for your dining experience.
Access to the courtyard through the glass doors.
