Mare Blu Villa is a stunning addition to St. John's breathtaking landscape. Spanning 10,000 sq. ft. and overlooking Rendezvous Bay, this vibrant villa reflects the rich colors of the Caribbean. Renowned for its luxury and privacy, Mare Blu offers a high-style retreat on St. John, often regarded as the most beautiful island in the US Virgin Islands and possibly the entire Caribbean.
Mare Blu Villa is elegantly situated on a hill above the turquoise waters of Rendezvous Bay, offering stunning views from St. John to St. Croix. The villa's exceptional design features a spacious floor plan, beautiful lighting, and high-end finishes across its four pavilions, all connected by generous outdoor living spaces, a sparkling pool, and lush tropical gardens.
This luxurious property includes six large bedroom/bath suites, ensuring privacy for all guests. Two suites are located at pool level, three on the garden level, and one above the grand veranda. Each suite is tastefully furnished, fully air-conditioned, and equipped with Smart TVs. The bathrooms feature double vanities and granite-tiled showers, with unique offerings like an alfresco shower in the Orange suite and a bathtub in the Pink suite.
The main level houses the expansive Great Room, complete with two seating areas and a 62" Smart TV. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a large variety of cookware, and sliding glass pocket doors that connect to the outdoor kitchen. This alfresco dining space boasts a professional gas grill, a second oven, an icemaker, and ample countertop space.
With an abundance of outdoor seating and lounging areas, this villa's outdoor living space is truly the heart of Mare Blu, providing breathtaking ocean views and an inviting atmosphere for relaxation and entertainment.

The base price accommodates up to six guests, with an additional fee of $100 per person per night for extra guests. Please note that during the Christmas and New Year holidays, there is a minimum stay of seven days, and the dates cannot overlap both holidays. A ten-day minimum is required for bookings that cover both holiday periods.
