There are 2 security cameras in the property located in the front yard- one is monitoring the front of the garage and the other one front of the house. They are recording 24/7 for security purposes. There is also a noise monitor installed. It is not recording video or audio.

Please remember, City of Big Bear Lake has strict ordinances that govern vacation rentals. In particular, we want you to note that "NO outside music is allowed at vacation rental homes." I know, we all love our tunes out by the spa, but it's just not allowed by law. Music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day (that includes music coming from inside the home). Please abide by this rule to avoid citations. Guest is responsible for the citations (if any). All Credit card fees are not refundable if reservation is canceled (does not apply to ******** bookings).
