This upstairs apartment is the perfect location to host your stay in Wanaka. It resides close enough to walk everywhere but also quiet enough to enjoy some privacy as it sits at the end of a side road.
This property has been newly renovated, so most items inside are new as of 2023. You'll love this 3 bedroom getaway. Strictly no parties as we are wanting to be respectful to the neighbours

The patio with a view features an outdoor dining table and a new BBQ.
The 3 bedrooms all have skylights to allow amble ambient light.
The kitchen / living / dining area is a beautiful open design with brilliant stainless steel surfaces to give that extra clean look
Heating / Aircon is available with the touch of a button, we just ask that you turn if off when you aren't around.
Separate laundry / storage. This is a great area to store your winter gear or summer water activities.
We provide contactless check-in via lock box which you'll be sent the code prior to arrival
Just a few blocks way from the centre of Wanaka where you can find shopping, restaurants, bars, and several beach side BBQ areas along the lake
There is parking on the property that is available to guests, and also street parking near the apartment. You can walk most places, taxi services are also available in Wanaka.
This property does have a full-time tenant living downstairs, so please be respectful on the noise created. Strictly no parties allowed on the property. There are stairs going up to the apartment which might not be friendly towards the younger children as there is no gate.
