Perfect for a larger group looking to stay in the same building, but still have some privacy. Each unit w/rooftop terrace overlooking Columbus skyline w/hot tub and space for grilling/dining! Units ******** each have 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room w/smart TV, and laundry.
This listing is for two of the ********its in this complex, which includes Units ********. Both units have separate entrances and private rooftop terraces with their own hot tub. The units have different floorplans, but maintain the same tasteful modern finishes and vast amenities throughout. The kitchens are equipped with gorgeous modern finishes, all the stainless steel appliances you could ever need, plus some unique additions like pot filler water faucets over the stovetops and range vent hoods to supplement all of your cooking needs! The kitchens are fully stocked with enough dishware and cookware for your whole group and there are also several sets of children's dishware including plates, bowls, spoons and cups in each unit.
This home has 4 total floors that are all private spaces for the guests in each unit. There are no shared spaces between these ********its, only a shared building/location. The first floor (ground floor) consists of a carport that houses ********-car garages. This listing includes two of the garages (4 spots) for guests to use (garage doors are labeled ********). After you enter the home into either unit, you will head up a flight of stairs into the main open concept area that includes the living room, kitchen and dining area. On the second floor of Unit 1438, there is a sliding door leading out to a good sized balcony with seating right off of the dining area. There is also a full bathroom with its entrance from the hallway and a bedroom that has three single over single bunk beds, two of which also have single trundle beds that pull out from underneath.
On the second floor of Unit 127, there is a full bathroom with its entrance from the hallway and a bedroom that has a single over single bunk bed, as well as a full over full bunk bed with a single trundle bed that pulls out from underneath. This bedroom has a sliding door that leads to a balcony with seating for two and a large walk in closet.
From the second floor living area in both units, you will climb another staircase to the third floor where you will find the washer and dryer, a full bathroom with its entrance from the hallway, and the exterior door that leads outside and up another flight of stairs to the rooftop terrace. In both units, the third floor also houses a master bedroom with full ensuite bathroom, king bed, designated workspace, and large walk in closet, as well as a third bedroom that is identical to each unit's second floor bedroom. In Unit 1438, the master suite also has a large third floor balcony with private entrance from the bedroom that is ready with seating for two!
The rooftop patios are large in both units and have brand new hot tubs ready for your enjoyment! There are cushions for the patio lounge furniture stored inside the rooftop bins for you to put out whenever/however you see fit! The lounge furniture sets also have small square coffee tables to hold your things while you are enjoying the space. Each rooftop terrace also has a large patio dining set with seating for six, a table umbrella, and a propane grill ready to use!

If you decide to venture outside of this beautiful home, it is very easy to walk just about everywhere you would want to go! The City of Columbus also has excellent public transportation offerings, with their COTA bus, Bike/Scooter Venders that line the streets, Uber, and Yellow Cab.
