Modern and comfort apartments are located just a few minutes from the famous beaches of Medulin. This spacious apartment, with a total living area of 60 m2, is located on the second floor of this private house and is ideal for a couple or friends for up to 4 persons who wants to have a pleasant and peaceful vacation. A huge terrace with a seating area offers a beautiful view of the picturesque city.
This apartment consists of one bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a living room with a comfortable sofa, where two more people can sleep. The bathroom has a bathtub and toilet. The apartment is equipped with a satellite TV, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning and a washing machine on request. Each of our six apartments has one private parking for a normal size car, bigger vehicles are not allowed. The property has an "Adult only" policy but children from 7 years old could be accept on request. You also have access to the shared pool, which is open from 25 May until 15 September.

Six grass football fields, athletic track, discus and shot-put circle, long jump and high jump area, the possibility to rent a bike and to visit all the nearby areas, gym, and 14-kilometer-long trim track are good reasons to interest you to spend here your holidays. Obviously, other sports are not forgotten as well: In Medulin, there are ********nis courts, three beach volleyball courts, six diving centers, horse centers…
There is also the fabulous promontory of Kamenjak, a protected area with beautiful untouched nature and 30 kilometers of well-indented beaches.
