This fantastic 3/2.5 home in the dunes sleeps up to 8 guests and has been outfitted with everything guests will require to feel comfortable during their stay, including cookware, high speed wifi and cable, bikes, and a washer/dryer. Located less a three minute bike ride to the Dunes Golf Club, guests are close to a great public course and restaurant with options for monthly tennis/pool membership. Located just 5 minutes to gulf beaches and 2-3 minutes to bay beaches on bike.
This three bedroom home is located at 966 Greenwood Ct within the sought after Dunes Golf and Country Club Community of Sanibel Island. Located less than a two minute bike ride to Bailey Beach on the Bay or a five minute bike ride to gulf beaches or the Sanibel lighthouse, the location of this home is fantastic. Additionally, it is located less than a two minute drive to the causeway, providing guests easy on and off island access during peak season traffic.
