Tucked away just steps from the charming shops and restaurants of Devine street and just minutes to Five Points, USC, Downtown and Ft. Jackson, this newly renovated home is perfect for your trip to "Famously Hot" Columbia. Completely renovated in 2018 with all new appliances, furniture and decor! Parking: Private parking is located behind the unit and access to the townhouse through the rear on your private deck is available.
There will be a coded lockbox on the rear door of the townhome.
