• For properties with grills and fire pits, guests are responsible for the propane tank. Firewood is not provided.
• Limited exceptions for non-shedding, non-aggressive dog breeds (fees and photo required). Potty-trained dogs under 50 pounds allowed.
• A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost as it covers more than just minor wear and tear. For reservations longer than 30 nights, a refundable security deposit will also be required. Please note that this does not apply to ******** reservation.

• 10% off of 7 days stay or more
