Complete with 4 bedrooms, 5 beds plus air mattress available for use, stocked kitchen for cooking/baking, dishwasher, fridge, iron and ironing board, extra pillows and blankets, smart TV’s and fast WiFi. We’re warning you: once you sit on our sofa, you won’t want to leave! The home was staged with comfort at the forefront.
When you enter the home, you’re met with an open landing and split stairs—up or down. If you go upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms with queen beds, kitchen and a living room which provides open view and open doors to the back deck. (Deck has stairs to get down to the yard.) Each bedroom has it’s own closet, night stand, and luggage rack. The living room has a soft cozy sofa and sitting chair, smart TV and coffee table. There is one shared bathroom on this level, a linen closet with extra towels, and a coat closet for your use. Our vacuum is in the coat closet at the top of the stairs. We provide basic cooking spices, oils, cooking utensils, pots and pans, some baking pans, and dinnerware, as well as coffee, tea and sugar.
If you go down the stairs, you’ll discover two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other room with two twin beds. There is another shared bathroom on this level (the black slate one in photos), living room with another dangerously cozy sofa set, smart TV, desk for working, and laundry room. We keep an extra air mattress in the laundry room for guest use, and we provide laundry detergent, ironing board and iron, as well.
We do have a recording device on the outside of the home for safety and security. Camera(s) do record video and sound, but we respect guest privacy so we only look at the cameras if an issue arises during or after your stay. The front camera is at the front door and faces the street. The other camera is overhead above the garage door and faces the street. No cameras are mounted in, nor do they face/record any private, guest-only areas.
We do require guests to e-sign a vacation rental agreement for stays of any length prior to check in. We request guests fill out a check-in form so that we can best prepare for your stay.
Non-******** Guests: Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to request to screen identity and check criminal databases to confirm reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You will receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.

While most reservations go through without a hitch, we understand that sometimes things happen. We want to offer our guests the best and most price-effective option for those incidents that we hope do not occur. We found that damage deposits can be costly, frustrating and we don't want to hold any of your hard-earned money 'just in case'.
For ******** reservations: We do not charge a damage deposit on site because ******** offers AirCover.
For non-******** reservations: We charge a nightly fee for damage insurance in lieu of charging a damage deposit. This fee is nonrefundable and should be added to your reservation at checkout. If it is not, we will contact you to process payment for this charge. This fee pays for protection through a third-party company and covers property damage that may occur during your stay.
After booking confirmation, you have the option to purchase third-party travel insurance for up to 14 days prior to your stay. Please reach out via message if you're interested in travel insurance.
