À propos du logement Ce texte, initialement en anglais, a été traduit grâce à un traducteur automatique et peut contenir des inexactitudes ou des erreurs.
Cozy craftsman home just minutes from downtown Spokane and nestled on Spokane's South Hill. This home offers a sitting room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms with comfortable queen beds nightstands and lamps, a bonus room with sleeper sofa and TV, Wi-Fi, breezeway to outdoor private patio w/ seating, and basement with laundry set. We provide essentials: a stocked kitchen with spices, oils, local coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, etc. Sorry no pets.
There are about 5 stairs leading up to the porch and front door of this South Hill craftsman home, where the streets are lined with trees and friendly neighbors. The front porch has rocking chairs for enjoying time outside, weather permitting. Guests enter the home and will be greeted by the formal living room with lovely wood trim, hardwood floors, comfy sofas and a coffee table situated perfectly for engaging in conversation. Past the living room, you'll meet the dining room with table and chairs as well as lounger sofa, and then the stocked chef's kitchen. From the kitchen, you can head towards the breezeway to the garage and the outdoor seating area, the door that leads to basement, or the hallway that leads to the bathroom, TV room with sleeper sofa, and bedrooms with queen beds, night stands with reading lamps, throw blankets and new soft sheets.
The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, coffee, seasonings and cooking oil. We also have dishes for serving meals, cups, and storage containers for leftovers. Please do not use the red china in the china hutch-- those are for display only.
The backyard seating with Adirondack chairs, pergola and small outdoor dining table is just off the hallway between the home and garage. The hallway has a small tub-sink and counter for guest use.
The basement is where our laundry set is located. The door next to the bathroom opens to stairs lead down to the unfinished basement and around the corner you'll find the laundry set with detergent provided.
Back to the main level, from the bathroom you will find a bedroom with queen bed, bedside tables and lamps, and closet. Next in this hallway, you'll find the bathroom with step-in tub insert with tile-surround and new rain shower head, bathroom sink with cabinet and well-lit vanity and mirror.
The next room is a bedroom with closet, convertible sofa sleeper and smart TV. Groups anticipating to use 2 beds or less can expect to use this third bedroom as an informal sitting room or TV room -- but groups expecting to use all 3 beds should know that the third bedroom has the TV in it with a comfortable queen sleeper sofa. The formal living room does not have a TV, and it's located between the dining room and the front door.
The bedroom at the opposite end of this hallway from the kitchen is at the front of the home with large picture windows, queen bed, bedside tables and lamps, and a closet.
We do not offer garage access at this time.
Sorry, due to allergies we do not allow animals at this home.
We do have a recording device on the outside of the home for safety and security. Camera(s) do record video and sound, but we respect guest privacy so we only look at the cameras if an issue arises during or after your stay. The front camera is a Ring camera at the front door and faces the street. No cameras are mounted in, nor do they face/record any private, guest-only areas.
Guests will have access to the entire home.
We do not provide garage access at this time.

While most reservations go through without a hitch, we understand that sometimes things happen. We want to offer our guests the best and most price-effective option for those incidents that we hope do not occur. We found that damage deposits can be costly, frustrating and we don't want to hold any of your hard-earned money 'just in case'.
For ******** reservations: We do not charge a damage deposit on site because ******** offers AirCover.
For non-******** reservations: We charge a nightly fee for damage insurance in lieu of charging a damage deposit. This fee is nonrefundable and should be added to your reservation at checkout. If it is not, we will contact you to process payment for this charge. This fee pays for protection through a third-party company and covers property damage that may occur during your stay.
After booking confirmation, you have the option to purchase third-party travel insurance for up to 14 days prior to your stay. Please reach out via message if you're interested in travel insurance.
******** does their own guest screening and we do ours.
For non-******** reservations, we use a quick and simple third party guest screening service. Please watch for this email and complete the appropriate steps. Message/call us if you encounter any problems or have questions about this service. We require non-******** guests to submit documents to verify identity and perform background screening, which occurs through a third-party company to Safely.
