• Fitted with a double sofa bed for 2 guests.
• It also comes with a TV equipped with a Firestick to stream your favourite online shows, along with aerial channels access for your go-to TV shows!
• The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, kettle, oven, toaster, and much more!
Bedroom:
• Fitted with a Super-King size bed for sleeping up to 2 guests.
Bathroom:
• Fitted with a toilet, basin, and a shower over bath.
Guests have full access to the apartment, yours to call home!
This apartment is situated right in the heart of Liverpool - just a two minute walk to the iconic Liver Building and Liverpool's stunning water front. The famous Castle Street is located right on your doorstep, with some of Liverpools favourite restaurants and bars such as the famous San Carlo, Viva Brazil and Brazilian Steakhouse and Bar. Exchange flags is also just around the corner too where you can drink in some of the history of Liverpool by visiting the hidden Western Approaches, or the Nelson Monument just north of the Town Hall. The apartment is also the perfect base if you're visiting for work, Old Hall Street and the business district are just a 7 minute walk away!
Liverpool ONE shopping centre is just a 3 minute walk away, filled with a huge variety of shops to spend hours browsing in!

The apartment building is quiet and only has a handful of quiet and respectful neighbours. We ask that all guests are the same back.
The apartment is easy reachable by train as St James stations is only a 2 minute walk, Moorfields station is only 5 minutes away and the main Lime Street Station only a 12 minute walk!

The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents that is about 5 minute walk. This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!
The store is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with x1 hand towel and x1 bath mat.
Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at:
8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L1 4JH.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
